Konversi Takaran Cup
Seringkali kita menemukan resep-resep terutama yang dari luar menggunakan satuan cup alih-alih gram. Awalnya saya terbiasa menggunakan satuan gram sehingga seringkali jika menemukan resep dengan cup saya harus brosing dulu untuk mengetahui ukuran metriknya. Tapi sejak saya memiliki cup measurement yang berwarna orange centil itu, saya jadi agak malas mengeluarkan timbagan dan seringkali meng-konversi gram ke cup. Haha.. berikut beberapa catatan konversi yang saya rangkum dari beberapa sumber.
Konversi cup ke cair:
- 1 cup = 250 ml = 250 cc
- 3/4 cup = 180 ml = 180 cc
- 2/3 cup = 160 ml = 160 cc
- 1/3 cup = 80 ml = 80 cc
- 1/4 cup = 60 ml = 60 cc
- 1/2 cup = 120 ml = 120 cc
- 1 tbs = 15 ml = 15 cc
- 1 tsp = 5 ml = 5 cc
